? Last Saturday, Cardiff Meds 1st XV took on Nottingham Medics in a gritty season closer - and came away with a 25–17 win, ending the year on a high.

?? The energy from Team Soche was unreal - current students and old boys on the sidelines in full voice backing the boys. That support makes all the difference.

? With this win, we complete the clean sweep: Bedpan winners, Varsity victors, NAMS 7s champs, and now NAMS 1st XV champions.
